**You may choose one or more from each section or however you like. My chef fee is plus food cost for 8-10 people and up to 5 recipes. Food cost can vary from more to less depending on your menu and if more than 10 people.

I have just one rule when preparing the Gullah cuisine of my childhood: Keep it simple. “Less is best”. “When you’re cooking with fresh ingredients, you don’t need much of anything else.”
